Leadership is defining a goal and guiding others to achieve that goal. Team A
A leader is someone who recognizes what needs to be done, motivates others toward a common goal which may be something they would not have done otherwise. Team B

ReplyDeleteI have listened to the GMP & liked the fact that he mentioned taking Risks. That growth comes with risks. We all grow from our mistakes taken.
That is very much true in all walks in our life.

I am looking forward to our next class. Taking the personality profile was very eye-opening. I had my wife take it also, so we could compare results.
ReplyDeleteI am still listening to the cd and enjoying it very much. The discussion about our rewards system and how it awards bad behavior was also enlightening. Everything that he said is so true.
