Leadership has about as many definitions as there are people. Some of them focus on manipulation and others seem to have no substance beyond morality. I personally agree with one who said "Everything rises and falls on leadership." I feel strongly that leaders are the ones who "stand in the gap" to hold our lives and our world together. Leaders employ certain skills, most of which can be learned, to accomplish their important role. These are some thoughts about those skills and leadership in general.
